[ROUTE 1 — RECOMMENDED]
Local OEM/ODM Manufacturing in Indonesia
Ideal for brand owners who want to manufacture and launch products locally.
We support formula selection or customization, packaging sourcing, technical document preparation, trademark documentation, BPOM notification coordination and commercial production through our Indonesia-based manufacturing facility.
If you already have an eligible Indonesian entity and Notifkos account, your company may remain the applicant. If you do not, we will first assess the appropriate local cooperation and applicant structure before the project begins.
Key benefits:
- Local manufacturing and filling
- Reduced dependence on international finished-goods logistics
- BPOM-ready technical and manufacturing documents
- Access to our formula and packaging supply chain
- Clear coordination from sample development to production
[ROUTE 2]
Finished-Product Manufacturing and Import
Suitable for products that require specific formulas, packaging capabilities or production arrangements outside Indonesia.
We support product development, manufacturing documents, BPOM notification preparation and shipment coordination. The Indonesian importer or other eligible applicant must be confirmed before registration.
Products may only be distributed after the required BPOM notification, import, customs and labeling requirements have been completed.
[ROUTE 3]
Bulk or Semi-Finished Product Supply
Designed for Indonesian cosmetic manufacturers with their own filling or production capabilities.
We can supply bulk formulas or semi-finished materials, assist with formula development and provide supporting documents such as ingredient information, MSDS and COA. Packaging and production equipment sourcing can also be coordinated when required.

Planning a 2026 Launch?
Indonesia’s mandatory halal requirements for cosmetics are scheduled to apply after 17 October 2026. Halal eligibility should therefore be considered during ingredient selection, supplier approval, packaging and manufacturing planning—not after the product is ready.
